    Chief Operations Officer

    Etienne has a life philosophy and focus on building strong relationships and developing people. He is always fair, always approachable and always keen to do the right thing, which makes him a great fit for the Harcourts Solutions team. Outside of work hours Etienne is a family man who values spending time with his wife and three children. He also enjoys a round of golf as often as possible. In November 2016, Etienne and his family decided to immigrate to Brisbane, Australia after receiving the fantastic opportunity to join the multi award winning Harcourts Solutions Group. Born in South Africa, Etienne holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree majoring in Business Management, Industrial Psychology and Human Movement Studies. Having a great love for sport, he started a golf travel company as one of his first businesses and had shares in this successful business until recently. Etienne was also involved in various corporates in the leisure, commercial property and residential development industries in Sales, General and Managing Director roles which gave him extensive business knowledge across multiple sectors. With a keen interest in the property industry, he opened the doors of his first real estate office in 2009, offering sales and property management services to the northern suburbs of Cape Town. In 2013, Etienne rebranded his business to join the Harcourts Real Estate Group because of their people focused values, superior systems and unique value proposition. Harcourts Select ranked as a top 10 Harcourts South Africa office in its first year of business. Etienne went on to open a second office only 1 year later and the steady growth of both businesses saw them both rank in the top 5 national offices. This achievement also saw Etienne recognized as the top Harcourts business owner in South Africa. His dedication to client service and people development also lead to Etienne receiving the Harcourts Chairman's Award.

    The old adage, “if you want something done - ask a busy person” applies to Sally Millard (nee Lovell). Being a mother of 4 and running a business certainly keeps Sally hopping. After completing a Bachelor of Business (Communications) with a Public Relations major, Sally continued her elite netball career and went on to hold the role of State Coaching Director for Netball Queensland. Meeting Martin and marrying him saw a new adventure begin in the local Tourism and Wine industry as they embarked on growing Martin’s resort, Happy Valley Vineyard Retreat and the establishment of the Stanthorpe Wine Company to iconic status in Queensland’s wine region, Stanthorpe. When the time came to move back to Brisbane, Martin was drawn to the real estate industry and Sally’s role in administration continued. Sally teamed up with experienced Investment Specialist, Claire McGrath in the establishment of Harcourts Rental Management Solutions in 2010. As the Business Owners working in the business daily, Sally and Claire together oversee all facets of the Property Management business. Harcourts Rental Management Solutions aims to create a unique property management environment which is committed to caring for their clients, suppliers and staff, ensuring maximum investment returns for Owners and a satisfying and challenging workplace and a superior service to all. Although Sally is based at 528 South Pine Rd EVERTON PARK QLD 4053. Sally is happy to meet clients in any of Harcourts Solutions locations including Mitchelton and Inner City.

She has a strong interest in property, a passion for renovating as well as a desire to build her own investment property portfolio. Being both a landlord and tenant herself, she understands the importance of looking after investments as well as the constant cultivation of relationships – ‘when the two factions are operating in sync, the business will continually benefit’. Kelly is known for exceptional customer service and efficient problem solving, with both landlords and tenants appreciating proficiency and ability in dealing with any issue that arise. She is highly trained in the areas of customer service and client relations and with more than 10 years’ experience in the retail, wholesale and financial sectors, not to mention her deep roots in the real estate industry after working several years as a PA in Property Development. During her time as a senior property manager, Kelly has achieved some outstanding results including numerous Leasing, BDM and PM ranking awards. One of the most enjoyable aspects of her role as a property manager is growing her rental portfolio by bringing in new rental listings.       Natalie South is welcomed to the team as a Business Development Manager. Prior to taking up her new role, Natalie was head of the Property Management and Accounts Team for a family run Real Estate Agency based at the Gold Coast. During her time there her responsibilities involved overseeing all aspects of the Rental Department. Natalie managed to create and foster an environment for her landlords and tenants where by all parties received not just the day to day services but services above and beyond expectation. Natalie has a real advantage with market knowledge having purchased, renovated and lived in the Northern Suburbs for the past four years. This coupled with her attention to detail, communication skills and willingness to work hard ensures her landlords have the best tenant, in the shortest possible time frame for the highest possible rental return.       Shane Crouch has a very broad range of skills highly suited to property management. After leaving school he started in the Trades Industry with a strong focus on Plumbing before joining the Army as an Engineer in 1998. He was rapidly promoted through the ranks to Sergeant and was in a position which saw him overseeing property maintenance and building inspections within the barracks. During his time with the Army he deployed twice to East Timor where he supervised local workers repairing roads and drains and stabilising hillsides; he cherished his time in East Timor and notes this as a highlight of his career. After discharging from the Army Shane worked as a Data Technician for two years and a Retractable Screen Installer for one year before completing a Real Estate Salesperson course and being accepted into the team at Harcourts Rental Management Solutions.
