Greg is currently the Director of HC Real Estate Pty Ltd which owns and operates two Tasmania Harcourts Franchises trading as Harcourts Northern Suburbs, 339 Main Road, Glenorchy and Harcourts Signature and HC Rentals, Shop 2/1 Bayfield Street Rosny Park. These businesses currently have in excess of 35 employees. HC Real Estate Pty Ltd is a family business. Greg is supported by his wife Christine and his daughter Candice both of whom have a substantial involvement in the business.

I have also renovated a few homes a built my own and love doing all the work myself. My other love is music and I was a singer in a rock’ n roll and blues band in NSW. Since commencing in real estate in Tasmania in 2016, my average is just about intact – experience does count. During my time in real estate, I have learned that the most important aspects of selling a property are regular communication between all relevant parties, being able to empathise with the stress both parties are under, and being able to negotiate the best possible price for the vendor. I regularly achieve more than the vendors are willing to accept. After about 15 years in real estate, the aspects I enjoy the most are the look on the purchaser’s face when they have found their new home, and the knowledge that you have helped the vendor’s move on to the next stage of their lives.
