Working with his three brothers, Shane Ross, Ken Ross and Nigel Ross who also own the business and are all Real Estate Agents thriving in the Real Estate industry. He loves communicating with people and does whatever it takes to get the job done when it comes to Everything Real Estate. Before moving into Real Estate Paul was in Education, teaching for over 20 years. He has two University Degrees and a sound grasp on Technology, which he finds crucial to aid the success of the marketing and promotional campaigns of his clients. In his first year of Real Estate Paul was awarded Rising Star of the Year for Western Australia and then awarded National Rising Star for Australia at the Harcourts National conference in Queensland. Paul is regularly in the Top 10 for Harcourts Western Australia and has won multiple awards including a “Titanium Award “which is the highest achievable award within the Harcourts group Paul was awarded Sales Champion for his office 2014 and 2015 for settled sales and rated 2nd in Western Australia in 2015/16 on ratemyagent.com.au out of all Real Estate Agents. In 2016 Paul Ross was number 71 Top Sales Consultant in Australia at the Harcourts National Conference 2016 He knows the market and area extremely well. Born and bred in Bayswater he has made it his specialist area. Paul has a large extended family living in the surrounding areas of Bedford, Embleton, Morley, Dianella and Noranda and has sold well over 25 million dollars’ worth of property in these areas. Paul has his team to help maintain the level of service to clients that they deserve. The ‘Paul Ross Team’ team consists of Paul Ross and Leonie Adam, who is Paul’s Personal Assistant and in charge of all in house administration duties and behind the scene works. Before moving into Real Estate Shane worked extensively in both the Banking Sector and the International Logistics Industry. Shane was born and raised in Bedford WA and attended primary and secondary schools locally. He also has family living in the surrounding suburbs of Morley, Noranda, Bayswater, Dianella and Embleton.

Tyron D'Uva
Leasing Agent/Admin ManagerTyron D’Uva started with Harcourts Ross Realty since the opening of the business and is determined to build a legacy within the years to come. After graduating school in 2013 Tyron began his real estate career in 2014. He has been in the industry since then, spending his time with a couple of the biggest brands, including Harcourts, Ray White & Abel McGrath. Throughout these years he has learned and adapted to many different systems and procedures, and has worked alongside with some of the most successful local agents in the industry. Tyron is gaining vast knowledge & experience so when he is ready to take his game to the next level and start the road into sales, he will understand every aspect of the profession and will ease into the process. Outside of work, Tyron has interests in all kinds of sports, currently playing for the Ballajura Football Club where he has spent all his footy years with. Tyron has many great skills and attributes and is always up to learning new aspects of work and taking criticism on board in order to make him, not just a better worker, but a better person.

She started her career in Real Estate at the age of 17 working firstly as a receptionist and since then been a property manager, Office Manager and her favourite and current role, Sales Administrator. In Danielle’s spare time she loves reading and reviewing books, spending time with her family, friends, partner and her ever growing furbabies.
