    Frank Chen

    Frank Chen was born and raised in Hong Kong and boasts more than 28 years experience in Real Estate in Melbourne and New York. Married for 35 years to his wife Mun Lee, he raised his family in Vermont South while building a flourishing career as a respected local Real Estate Agent. Frank knows Vermont South and its surrounds like a GPS – the streets, schools, shops and the services. The personal stories and history that come from living and breathing a suburb for more than a decade. That knowledge can’t be learnt overnight and gives Frank a broad and intimate perspective on the property market. He has sold more homes in the district than any other agent.     Irene Dharmawan was born and raised in Surabaya, Indonesia. Having a Chinese background (Indonesian Chinese) Irene is fluent in both English and Indonesian. Making the move to Melbourne in 2000 Irene commenced studies in Building Design and Drafting from RMIT. Once completed commence studies in Architecture and graduated as a Bachelor of Architecture from RMIT University (2006). Over the next 3.5 years Irene had the opportunity to further develop her understanding of the Industry working in Melbourne and overseas, participating in a variety of Architectural projects from private residences, multi unit developments, age care facilities, primary school and civic building development. With her passion and drive Irene continued to develop her skills representing Australia at the Second International Architecture Biennale Rotterdam. Such was her success Irene’s work was later published in the ‘3200 Beaches’ on behalf of the RMIT. In her spare time Irene participates and is a current member of the Indonesian Catholic Youth Prayer Group (PDKKI). Even with Irene’s love of building and design she had a passion for Real Estate and has embarked on a new career within the Industry. As Julian puts it, “As your real estate agent, my job is to get the best out there. Any method of sale will deliver good results so long they are used properly. But most importantly, you have to know when to use it. Our market is always changing.
