This experience has come from a number of industries including Motor industry, Financial Services - where he was responsible for Sales across Asia Pacific - and Commercial Events Management. Mahan is excited to be able to apply his knowledge, enthusiasm and expertise to the Real Estate Industry through strengthening the Harcourts Brand in New South Wales. “I can see there is a huge opportunity for a proactive International Brand in New South Wales. My ambition is to make sure everyone in Real Estate in the state of New South Wales knows why Harcourts now has over 5,200 sales consultants in eight Countries.”

Her role as Business Operations Manager at Harcourts NSW allows her to help business owners and staff effectively and efficiently operate under the Harcourts banner, using the impressive systems and technology unique to our network. She takes great care when on-boarding new franchises and team members to make the transition as smooth as possible.

          Paul Casarotto has 18 years property industry experience, having been a residential and commercial sales agent, business owner and sales manager for a leading Sydney agency. In addition he has facilitated numerous auction courses and training seminars for several major franchise groups, leading independent agencies, and the REI NSW. Paul is a practicing Auctioneer and has conducted close to 4,000 property auctions and has also appeared on several national television shows, including ‘Location Location’. Drawing on his huge experience within the real estate industry, Paul provides support and guidance to Business Owners with their business planning and training while also up-skilling new and experienced consultants.
